  • Presenting the Management a Process flow chart.
  • Practical Guidance on Implementing the Internal Control System.

Inventory Audit

  • Verification of Physical Inventory.
  • Comparison of Book Stocks with Physical Stock.
  • Justification report from authorized person for Variance.
  • Evaluation of internal control system of inventory.
  • Report to Management.

Fixed Assets Audit

  • Data collection from authorized person.
  • Segregation of Auditable / Non Auditable Assets.
  • Conducting Physical verification of Auditable assets.
  • Generation of Bar code for the assets available.
  • Tagging of Bar code for auditable assets.
  • Assessing the Internal Control System.
  • Reporting to Management.

Showroom / Warehouse Audit:

  • Finalization of Audit Schedule on the respective showroom/ warehouse.
  • Receipt of confirmation from the store Manager for audit.
  • Physical verification of stock with bar code scanner.
  • Upload the physical report to client server and download the stock variance report.
  • Justification from authorized person for variance.
  • Verification of Fixed Assets and Physical cash as per Management Instructions.
